Thank you for sharing your flight taking off here at night.😊 Yes, when I have flown out of LAX I have learned to sit on the A & B seat side or the left side so, I can see the oil tankers docked in the ocean and as the flight always start to make a few left turns over the ocean going back to the mainland to start flying back to Chicago. I like look at Los Angeles from the air.😊

Ludicrous acceleration. Used some 10,000 feet of the runway, yet maxing thrust to liftoff took just 43 seconds.

Does the aircraft have TV Screens?

It is this secrecy that causes fear. Why can't the crew just say, no acute danger, or DANGER, wait for instructions. Any internal code words or no information at all, instead the cabin crew calls out some memorized commands. THAT is what causes fear.

The CR9 is definitely the nicest of the entire CRJ fleet. Still prefer the Embraer 175 when it comes to regional jets though

Aborting a takeoff can be extremely dangerous and things can go bad in a hurry. A Captains retirement flight out of LAX comes to mind. He aborted below V1 because of blown tires. He could not stop because of the blown tires. People died.
